The thesis is devoted to the comparative study of the efficacy of anti-helicobacter tripple 7-, 10- and 14-day therapy as well as quadrotherapy in duodenal peptic ulcer patients with different stage of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection of antral mucosa. It is showed, that eradicative efficacy of the different schemes of 7-day tripple therapy considerably depends upon the Hp-infection stage. The conclusion about unexpediency of 7-day tripple eradicative therapy in patients with high-stage Hp-infection of antral mucosa was made; but treatment with either 14-day tripple or quadrotherapy proved to be effective in such patients. Just non-invasive 13C-urea breath test does permit to determine Hp-infection stage in antral mucosa.
