Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problems of criminal responsibility for trafficking in people. The objective (the object, the objective side) and subjective (the subject, the subjective side) juridical signs of trafficking in people are investigated. The estimating and particular estimating signs of legally defined crime are also considered. The suggestions are propounded to improve corresponding state of the criminal law currently in force that foresee responsibility for trafficking in people.
