Rymarenko N. Pathogenetic plasmetic fibronectin and correction of it disturbences in children with acute intestinal diseases flowing with toxicosis

Dissertation is devoted to optimisation of children's treatment with acute intestinal diseases, flowing with toxicosis, by the way of correction of blood fibronectin disturbances. It was determined that in children at the pick disease is developed segnificance disturbances of the level and functional activity of fibronectin, it is haven a stable systemic endotoxemy, and also it is broken the formation and dischargment of complexes of fibronectin and endoxin in patients with heavy forms of illness. It was shown the positive influence of fibronectin on reparative ability of intestinal epitelium. The high clinical and biochemical efficacy of new method of use of chilled plasma (by the way of it preliminary incubation with heparin), was proved, thanks to which it was achived more long rise of of the level of plasmatic fibronectin (to 24 hours) after injection of chilled plasma and more quickly recovery of disturbed functions of organizm.
