Essay

Characteristics of respirators of multiple use, construction of filtrating elements, properties of filter materials are analyzed in the thesis. Basic regularities of using the filtration polypropylene materials are investigated. Estimation of their dust capacity is done. A model of air distribution of loading on the height of the filter is presented. Parameters of filters are considered, maximal use of their working surfaces is shown.Engineering design procedures of parameters of polypropylene materials and filters are described. Recommendations concerning the use of filter materials for manufacture of filters in different conditions of exploitation are given.
