Essay

The dissertation is aimed to optimize 131I activity value in radioiodine treatment of thyroid cancer patients and influence of parameters of 131I distribution in remnants on probability function of thyroid remnants ablation after first course of treatment. Radioiodine distribution in remnants during treatment hasa been evaluated on the basis of diagnostic scintigraphy data. Influence of time interval between treatment and diagnostic investigation on radioiodine distribution in remnants has been determined.
