Essay

The problem of crime special subject responsibility due to Ukrainian legislation historical development, and criminal doctrines is analyzed in this thesis. Patterns of special subject of crime criminalization and differentiation of liability are stressed. The author has defined social content, legal nature of crime special subject responsibility, description of its types, described its definition and classification. An appropriate measures to counteract some misuses of modem legislation in order to improve it are formulated in this thesis."
