The dissertation investigates the specifics of forming and functioning of the export potential of Ukraine in the context of Globalization. The historicalli formed specialization model slightly provides for the optimization of production structure and maximization of currency incomes. Thus, the necessity of innovation regulation and innovation commercial activites is grounded in the work. The importance of capital inflow stimulation to the processing and high technology branches is stressed. The important reserve of activation of Ukrainian participation in the processes of integrational trade is connected with utilization of transit advantages, useful geographical situation of the country.
