Essay

It has been proved that at the reactive sialosoadenitis the decrease of their functions takes place, as well as morphological changes and the increase of the lipid peroxide oxidation in salivary tissues, the decrease of the amount of IgA and lysozym in the secretion. It leads to the damage of the local immunity of the oral cavity and later to the caries and parodontitis development in patients. A complex of curing and preventive complex of preparations has been additionally developed which in various combinations in dependence on the main disease pathogenesis corrects the reactive sialosoadenitis of minor salivary glands, accelerates the processes of the damaged oral tissue healing. At this condition, the prevention of the oral homeostasis damage takes place, later it preventing the development of tooth hard tissue and parodontum pathology, assisting the patients' adaptation to the removable dentures.
