Essay

Assessments revealed an increased tolerance of nephron components to cellular dehydration of the organism after the previous adaptation. The interrelation between the dehydration time influence and the severity of structural impairments of the filtration and reabsorption barriers was determined. Long-termed readaptation positively influence the nephron structure in light and mild cellular dehydration, it promoting gradual renovation of its components and the blood capillaries. Normalization of the filtration barrier structures and epithelial cells of the proximal and distal convoluted tubules occurred. In readaptation after severe cellular dehydration reparative processes proceeded slowly and resulted in complete normalization of nephron structures.
