Object - financial-law relationship arisen in the sphere of the state personal compulsory insurance; the aim is to analyze research elaboration, generalization of law-applied practice of domestic and foreign experience, complex studying both theoretical and practical organized-law questions of the state personal compulsory insurance of law enforcement staff, elaboration of grounded propositions dealt with improvement of Ukrainian legislation in force, working out the practical recommendations and propositions concerned with determination of target substitution of the state personal compulsory insurance of law enforcement staff by compensation payment; methods-historical-law, sociological and statistical; the novelty - the first monograph research of organized-law bases of state personal compulsory insurance of law enforcement staff in Ukraine; the results - materials of the thesis can be applied in the research, law-making, education, law enforcement spheres.
