Tins thesis investigates processes of explosives blast hole deflagration emergence and development in coal mines of Ukraine. The main factors influencing explosives ignition caused by electric detonators arc determined. Analytical models of estimating explosives sensibility to deflagration are developed. InvestigalionsI concerning the process of melhane-air mixture ignition by deflagrating charges of V and VI class permissible explosives arc carried out. The following materials have been developed, tested and applied in industry: new IV class explosive having deflagration stability: new electric detonators with enhanced safely, allowing enhancing blasting safety.
