It has been revealed that asthenic syndrome appears as a key, obligate and transparent syndrome in women undergone OE. The display of psychic disorders in the syndrome of surgical menopause (SSM) was observed during the first week of postoperative period in 90,5% of women as follows: asthenic syndrome - in 50 % of women, depressive - in 13,8 %, senesto-phobic - in 15,5 % and hysterical - in 11,2 %. It was shown that women during peri- and postmenopause ( at the age group from 40 to 50 years ) were the most sensitive concerning the development of mental disorders after ovarioectomy. On the remote stages of SSM the asthenic syndrome was leading in 48,6 % of patients, the depressive - in 32,4 %, senesto-phobic - in 10,8 % and hysterical - in 8,2 %. The criterions of differential diagnosis of mental disorders in SSM, Klimacteric syndrome of non-surgical character, hysterectomy and endogenous psychic pathology have been determined. The mental disorders after hysterectomy without OE were prevalently swift- flowing ( they were observed in 24 % of women in a month after surgery) and in the SSM those disorders had the trend to chronic course ( they were registered in 90,4 % of women in a monnth after surgery). HRT was proved to be an effective method of treatment of psychic disorders leading to the decrease of frequency and expressiveness of these symptoms already during the first months of treatment. The complete reduction of psychopathological symptoms of SSM was observed in 32,4 % of women after a month of treatment and in 54,1 % after 3 months. The dependence between the level of women's self-appraisal and Climacteric symptoms tolerance has been revealed, that is at the presence of low level of self - appraisal the intolerance of objectively less expressed disorders arises.
