The object is thalamus of human; the aims to determine morphological structure of the human diencephalic nucleus medialis in the system of stereotaxic coordinates; the methods are histological, morphometrical and statistical methods; for the first time it is established neuro-glio-capillar interrelations of the human nucleus medialis of thalami; established, that with age the decrease of density of layout of neurones, density of layout of capillaries and increase of density of layout of glial cells in 1 мм2 of cerebral substance are scored, established, that sex, the side of a brain does not render effect on density of layout of neurones, density of layout of glial cells, density of layout of capillaries arrangement in 1 мм2 of cerebral substance are scored. Study features of effect of length intercomissural line on neuronal-glial-capillary relationships in the nucleus medialis thalami of the man in the system of stereotaxic coordinates established, that this specification figures does not render essential effects on density of layout of neurones, density of layout of glial cells, density of layout of capillaries in 1 мм2 of cerebral substance; The main outcomes of the present research are used in educational process of 7 medical higher educational institutions of Ukraine; the field is histology, cytology, embryology.
