Essay

The object is complex electromechanical system (EMS) of lifting gears with a three-mass mechanical part; the aims to develop microprocessor control system for the electric drive (ED) of the three-mass ramified EMS, which reduce variability, duration of transient and dynamic g-loads in a pick-up lifting mode; the methods are theory of ED and theory of automatic control, space-state method, integral and differential calculus, mathematical simulation; the main include way for increasing of ED damping ability of three-mass ramified EMS, development the observing devices, functional scheme and algorithms of microprocessor control; the new approach lies in realization the relations of a damping factor to parameters three-mass ramified EMS, a technique for calculation of an optimum correction factor for such system; all this thesis has been introduced into educational process of faculty EМSCC of Odessa national polytechnical university; the field is lifting-transport machinery
