Essay

Object of reserch are peculiarties of ducklings' peroxidation processes and some components of enzymes, non-enzymes anti-oxidant system in ontogenesis. The purpose is the elucidation of duckling's organism peroxidation and antioxidant defence in post-natal ontogenesis and under antioxidants' affect. Methods of re-serch: photocolourimetric, turbidimetric, gravimetric, morphomet-ric, statistic. The changes of LPO products, lipidsoluble vitamines, cholesterol, lipoproteins content, antioxidant enzymes activity from day to 70-days aged ducks are studied. Firstly, it's established that bioflavonoids extract from grape seeds has an antioxidant activity in vitro, increase antioxidant duck's status, positively effects on its productivity. It's proposed to use bioflavonoids extract in dose 125 mg/kg for increasing body weight, safity of duck's live-stock fol-lowing the work examination.
