Тhe word-formation paradigms of the dynamic special location verbs are considered in Ukranian and Polich. On the basis of the dynamic spatial location verbs in the Ukranian and Polich languages have been described and compared. The quantitative divergencies in different filling of the groups of derivatives have been registered, the semantic groups and subgroups characteristic languages in question have been determined. The word-formation potential of the verbs and its realization in the compared languages has been investigated. The factors influencing the realization of this potential have been singled out. The methods and means of the realization of the word-formation meanings and their productivity in Ukrainian and Polich have been found out.
