Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of efficacy of complex therapy with ozonotherapy and A-bacterin in chronic helicobacter gastroduodenitis. It has been shown that exacerbation of chronic gastroduodenitis is accompanied with depression of T-immunity and activation of B-immunity, activation of lipid peroxidation and antyoxidant protection, and development of intestinal disbiosis in 86,67 % of patients. The combination of standard antihelicobacter therapy with ozonotherapy and A-bacterin permits to achieve a high level of Helicobacter pylori eradication (93,33 %), normalize immune and antioxidant status, remove infringements of an intestinal microflora and considerably reduce the inflammatory infiltration of a gastroduodenal mucosa.
