Pyrylo- and pyrydocyanines, conjugates of pyrydocyanines with biomolecules. Development of a new synthetic method for conjugation of pyrylocyanines with biomolecules, synthesis and research of spectral-luminescent properties of model conjugates of cyanine dyes with oligonucleotides and proteins. Chemical synthesis, spectroscopy, chromatography, gel-filtration, electrophoresis. For the first time the reaction of pyrylocyanines with amines in conditions that do not result in destruction of the majority of biomolecules is carried out. Model conjugates of cyanine dyes with oligonucleotides and proteins are synthesized, their spectral-luminescent properties are investigated. The convenient method of conjugation of cyanine dyes with biomolecules is offered for practical application. Sphere of use - bioorganic chemistry, molecular biology.
