Object - the demineralization of teeth enamel during malocclusion anomalies treatment; aim - on basis of the definition of hard tooth tissues and of risk factors of development of focused demineralization of teeth enamel during treatment with fixed orthodontic appliances to work up and apply in effective prophylactic complexes; methods - clinical and laboratorial, mathematical and statistical; novelty - for the first time necessity of holding prophylactic actions for prevention of demineralization of teeth enamel during treatment with fixed orthodontic appliances was substantiated; results - the comparative estimation of effectiveness of using adaptogens and fluoric preparations for prophylactics of focused demineralization of teeth enamel, individual programs for hygienic education were worked up and proposed, state licenses for inventions were obtained, materials of dissertation are used in educational process of cathedras of medical universities and worked up prophylactic complexes were applied inpractical activity of stomatological clinics; branch - stomatology, orthodontics.
