In the dissertation, on the basis of the analysis of the scientific literature, the national legislation, the legislation of other countries, practice functioning of agricultural co-operatives in Ukraine and abroad, are investigated legal problems of agricultural cooperation, it of organizational-legal forms and is defined concepts "agricultural cooperation", "organizational-legal forms of agricultural cooperation", "agricultural cooperative society", "agricultural production co-operative", "agricultural serving cooperative society " and other. The conclusion that the agricultural co-operative and cooperative association is the basic organizational-legal forms of modern agricultural cooperation in Ukraine Is proved, and agricultural industrial and serving cooperative societies are types of agricultural co-operative and, in turn, share on separate kinds. The concrete recommendations directed on improvement of the legislation and practice concerning agricultural cooperation, legal status of its concreteorganizational-legal forms are formulated.
