Essay

The thesis are devoted to study of spectral properties of boundary value problems for singular perturbed differential operators of the forth order. The problems under consideration are mathematical models arising from theory of non-homogeneous media. All models possesses two kindes of eigenvibrations that correspond two different magnitudes of eigenvalues as e®0. The existance of high frequency vibrations is proved. The complete asymptotic expansions of WKB-type of such kind of eigenvibrations are constructed and justified.
