Essay

For the first time five new sulfanilazides were synthetized and characterized and their photochemical properties were studied. Using new azides a surface modification of polyethylene was carried out. By an application of sulfanilazides as light-sensitive components in the information record materials new vesicular films are observed to be better than VZ-2 and VZ-3 (Russia) by a contrast and sensitivity. Two types of monomers based on sulfanilamides - maleamides and methacrylamides - have been synthetized and their copolymers with styrene and vinylpyrrolidone were obtained. For the first time a biological action activation was found to be observed by UV-exposure.
