With the help of a complex of psychopathological, clinical, statistical and pathological psychological methods in dynamics the clinical presentation of PTSD at debut stages, full-scaled presentation of frustration and at stage of its clinical complication - permanent changes of the person -after the catastrophic experience (PCPACE) have been examined. Types of debuts and clinical variants of course of the specified abnormalities have been detailed and described, criteria of differentiated diagnostics have been proposed. Authentic correlation connection between the certain types of a debut and clinical variants of course of PTSD has been established. It has been shown, that among a complex of factors, which predispose to occurrence of PTSD, one of the leading positions is occupied with the certain types of the apparent accentuation of the person. Early differentiating diagnostics at a debut stage and an establishment of the clinical forecast of PTSD by the criteria, of its clinical variants developed inthe dissertation, will assist in development of optimum complexes of treatment and actions on secondary and tertiary preventive measures, including at formation of PCPACE and their negative social consequences, and also at solving of expert problems.
