Dissertation work is devoted to the questions of analysis and synthesis of devices of time and group synchronization when working with the signal constructions on the base of timer signals: the influence of the parameters of timer signals on time and probabilistic characteristics of the system of per-element and cycle phasing is estimated; dependencies of information losses and increase of speed of transmission on the length of code word and basic element of signal constructions are defined; the efficiency of the use of mode of parametric adaptation of code words is estimated, the analysis of synchronizing properties of signal constructions on the base of timer signals using as the basic element the one less then Nikewist element has been carried out.
