Processes of graphical reflection of objects and processes research results. Development of graphical images creation method by the results of experimental data and semantic description of the subject field of the reflected object or process. The research methods are methods of mathematical logics, modeling theory, computer modeling, and system analysis. The developed method required the development of method of forming the cognitive computer graphical images, development of means of formal object or process description based on usage of logical means of description of correlations between their parameters, creation of means of creation of information model, which describe the semantics of the subject field. Is proposed the organization of graphical interface of the system of forming the cognitive graphical images. The method was used in research of the structural memory of protein and also in analysis of the experimental research results on vacuum sputtering of metal films on the glass. Sphere of useis research in natural sciences and also in higher educational institution for teaching courses on information technology.
