Essay

. The object are 179 patients with chronic gastroduodenitis; the aim is elaboration of more effective methods of tretment of chronic gastro-duodenitis; the methods - clinical, instrumental, morphological, biochemical tests; the new approach is that firstly the worth of complex treatment of chronic gastroduodenitis with the usage of preparations of lithium and microwave resonance therapy is grounded; the results - it is established that the process of supporting of the homeostasis is fulfilling in regime of disbalance of vegetatiove nervous system, psychoemotional sphere and neurohumoral metabolism and low maintainance of serum's lithium can be prognostic criteria of more serious proceeding of illness; all this thesis has been developed by training and medicine practice; the field is medicine.
