Dynko O. Content and guarantees of ensuring realization of freedom of movement of the citizen in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the study of the matters concerning regularities of formation and pecularities of development of the institute of freedom of movement guarantees, mechanism of realization of freedom of movement of the person and citizen in Ukraine, problems of improving legal regulations in the sphere of freedom of movement. The thesis analyses the essence and legal nature of the constitutional notion "freedom of movement", presents complex study of by-laws of Ukraine, directed at ensuring realization of freedom of movement for the person and citizen in Ukraine, limitations of freedom of movement, determining legal responsibility. The system of state management in the sphere of guaranting freedom of movement is being considered in the thesis, specific propositions and recommendations as to improvement of corresponding national legislature of Ukraine are made.
