Essay

The object of the thesis is organizational processes in the sphere management. The aim is to improve the effectiveness of the activity of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine through grounding the necessity of devising the strategy of developing the system of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine and the basis of its realization. The methods are: axiomatical, logical-semantic, logical-legal, dialectic, historical-juridic, comparative statistical methods, dogmatic analysis of the legislalion which regulates the activity of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine. The implementation of the methods is rationalized by the systematic approach which gives us possibility to investigate the problem of objectives at this stage of the development of the internal bodies of Ukraine involving both the social content and legal form. The novelty of the thesis lies in the fact that it is the first intergrated investigation of the process of defining objectives in the organization of the activity of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine on the basis of reputable theoretical grounds, modern economic and social development strategies and present-day legislation.
