In job the attempt is undertaken to investigate a problem in its developed and complex variant. It is proved, that within the framework of the Italian and Turkish conflict 1911-1912. As its independent participant the Arabian (Libyan) factor acted, i.e. on a lot of essential attributes the bilateral conflict is translated in a plane tripartite, and is from this point of view considered by us. On the basis of the all-round analysis of a wide circle of various sources, many of which for the first time are entered in a scientific revolution, is revealed, that Libya, which asserted own interests not only in struggle with Italy, but also in an opposition with Turkey, was not object, and subject of this international crisis.
