Essay

The data about neurastenia's and conversion neurotic disorders's outcomes were obtained and analyzed due to the complex study with clinical-psychopathologic, pathopsychologic and statistic methods according to the major syndrome, type of disease course, patients's personal features and their social characteristics. Results of this research have arranged and models (variants) of neurotic disorders's outcomes have created. Criteria for neurastenia and conversion neurotic disorders's outcomes prognosis and measures for effective prevention of those disorders were elaborated according to neurosis outcome's particularities.
