Kurylo V. Organisation-legal principles of providing of securityservises

An object of the research- social relationship which arise during the process of government regulation protection propertyship servicing of the objects of different forms of ownership and citizens which are connected with using of civil lаw and another branches of lаw in Ukraine. A subject of the research- civil lаw and managerial bases of protection propertyship servicing in Ukraine and organization of their realization by the devision of ministry of internal relations of the control over the business rendering protection propertyship and citizens servicing and also low norms which regulate such an activity. The aim of the dissertation research - An scientific exploration and formation of conclusion concerning improvement of the lаw bases rendered protection propertyship and citizens servising, its place and role. The tasks of ministry of internal relations's supervision for rendering such servicihg during the period of establishing and development of the business relationship in Ukraine, analysis ofthe current law concerning this topic and development of scientific based recommendations. The methods of the research - Dialectic, historical, systematic, comparative, analytic, structural functional analysis. The novelty of the research - For the first time a scientific investigation of protecting propertyship servicing as an object of the government regulation are realized. The investigation contains a complete analysis of the civil law and of the managerial aspects of rendering protection propertyship and citizens servising as an event in the country's economic. The results of the research - The classification of persons rendering protection propertyship services are elaborated; the defects of law are discovered; the propositions for current law amedement are formulated. Dissertation's materials can be used for scietific, law created, education, and supervising and business activities.
