Corporate securities market in Ukraine. To elaborate theoretical and methodical basis of corporate securities market functioning in Ukraine with the purpose to create scientific base for state politics in the sphere of securities and exchange. Methods of research: structural and functional, scientific abstraction, comparative analysis, scientific forecasting, automatic modeling. Essence and economic functions of the securities market are defined. The ways of the market's reforming are developed. Economic - mathematical and practical models of functioning of the market and its elements are developed. Propositions are inculcated in the work of Ukrainian interbank currency exchange and First over the counter trading system. Sphere of utilization - securities and securities market.
