Essay

The thesis is dedicated to studing of influencing of antireticular cytotoxic serum on viral infection development in vivo and in vitro and of antiviral immunity cellular factors changing under different doses of investigated preparation. The obvious ability of immune serum to inhibit the development of viral infection, caused by vesicular stomamtitis virus, human immunodeficiency virus and herpes simplex virus II, as in vitro, so in vivo, was shown. The stimulation of virus reproduction after introducing of some doses of ACS to test cell culture also was shown. Was revealed that action of ACS in viral infection connected with direct influencing on cells, with inducing of interferon, interleukins 1 and 2 synthesis, normalising of ratio of cytokines in organism, and also with activation of phagocytes activity.
