The object of investigation productive-economical activity of railway transport enterprises and their structural subdivisions on perishable load transportation. The subject of investigation - organisation-economical, social relationships totality raised from the development of railway refrigerator transportation and directed to increase their efficiency and quality. The intention of investigation - organisation-economical development of railway refrigerator transportation working out, which is based on the use of system analysis principles with the purpose of providing long-term effective function of the branch. Investigation methods - system analysis, synthesis of the results, logic-analytic, basis of the decision adoption. Novelty. In the dissertation the factors and the principles of railway refrigerator system forming, functioning and development are arranged. Methodical bases of it's effectively value are suggested.
