Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of diagnosing peptic gastroduodenal ulcers due to the study of dynamic adsorption tensiometry of the gastric juice (GJ) and blood serum. In ulcerous disease the physicochemical parameters of biologic fluids (parameters of dynamic surface tension, viscoelasticity and relaxation) depend on the sex and age of the patients, tabacco smoking, duration of their disease, the presence of gastroesophageal and duodenogastric refluxes, the pronouncement of fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopic and morphologic signs of the affliction of the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum. The clinicomorphologic course of peptic ulcers is affected by GJ acidity and the blood level of nitric oxide metabolites, these indices correlating with the state of biologic fluid viscoelasticity and reflecting the severity of gastritis and duodenitis. Against the background of etiopathogenetic treatment of patients with peptic gastroduodenal ulcers the levels of surface GJ activity in the regions of mean times of the surface life increase and the blood serum relaxation prolongs. The initial parameters of adsorption biologic fluid tensiometry reflects the clinicomorphologic character of the course of ulcerous disease and the futher efficacy of therapeutic measures.
