Essay

Is established, that the exposure of pesticide simasin in a doze 1/1000 LD50 in conditions of antenatal influence on the adult rats predetermine in structure of offspring's thymus of change, which are characteristic for accidental involution of a body. Is shown, that the depth of changes of structure of a body was greater at longer exposure. Thymalin and vitamin Е reduced force of pathological effect in thymus of rat's offspring. Any other substance did not prevent completely their development.
