Essay

The fuel pump of a high pressure with tightening seal plunger. A scientific justification and a choice of parameters of fuel feed system one-cylinder duple drives with spark ignition and an immediate injection of fuel. Mathematical simulation on the basis of the differential equations of volumetric balance and an adiabatic curve; a method of successive approximations on a foundation of the equations of elastic performance of the corrugated membrane and an adiabatic curve; experimental methods of research. The new circuit of the fuel pump of a high pressure in which case are integrated section of high and low pressure is offered. The design procedure of parameters of the working processes occurring in section of low pressure is developed. The hypothesis about necessity of application of the hydropneumatic accumulator for a cavity of low pressure is practically confirmed and the technique of a choice of his parameters is offered in view of elastic properties of air and a material of a membrane. Featuresof working process of the duple drive arranged with developed fuel feed system are defined. Practical value: a construction and the engineering specifications of the fuel pump of a high pressure and the one-cylinder duple drive ar-ranged with the offered pump; results of trials of a drive. Manufacture of an experimental batch of fuel pumps on "FED". Diesel building.
