From the systemic approach point of view development mechanisms and manifestation of disorder of spouses communication at discrepancy of sexual culture types in them are studied. Peculiarities of sexual development are studied and the role of somagenic, sociogenic and psychogenic factors in forming weak type of sexual constitu-tion is determined. The type of sexual behavior and sexual communi-cation, personality peculiarities of men and women with a weak sex-ual constitution and their role in spouses desadaptation development are revealed. The system of the psychotherapeutic correction of disorder of spouses communication caused by a discrepancy of sexual constitu-tion types in husband and wife.
