Arterial hypertension advance associates with brain blood flow disturbance and artery remodeling. Sympathic nervous system activation negatively influences on cardiac and vascular remodeling and develops toward a manifestation of endothelial dysfunction. Lacidipin is superior than enalapril about patients with cerebroischemic arterial hypertension with respect to an improve of cardiohemodynamic, endothelial function, and to augment of sympathic nervous system activity.
