Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of diagnostic properties of the blood serum components: low density and high density lipoprotein fatty acid spectra as well as to the investigation of skin secret lipids for the stable and instable stenocardia patients. It is showh that for patients with the unfavorable proceeding of instable stenocardia there is nj reliable increase of the arachidone acid content in the blood serum lipids (for the both fractions), as opposed to patients with the favourable proceeding of instable stenocardia This fact serves as miocardial infarction prognostic criterium for instable stenocardia patients.. It is found a negative correlative connection between linolenium acid content decrease in the skin secret lipids and the anisotropy factor increase for patients with instable stenocardia. It is pathologically justified the utility and hroved hhe efficiency of the aspirinum and heparinum simultaneous use in the complex antianginal therapy of patients with instable stenocardia
