Gogoladze N. Modeling and optimal control of the processes of transforming the property relations and inflation

The thesis is aiming to analysis and solving the problem of mathematical model building for economic processes in transition and their application to optimal control of the processes selected:the process of transforming the property relations and inflation. As a result of thorough analysis of conditions relevant to the processes implementation it was found that they are influenced by a number of disturbances of various nature in the form of unstable legal system, fleeing of capital abroad, ruining earlier existed economic and financial relations between enterprises, payment delays, and many other. Most of the disturbances are of stochastic nature what requires application of modern techniques of optimal filtering and control.
