The object is social-cultural competence of senior pupils; the aim is to develop and verify the model of process of forming the social-cultural competence in studying foreign language; the methods are theoretical analysis and synthesis, mathematical and statistical methods, modelling, forming experiment; the new approach lies in scientific explanation of content and structure of social-cultural competence and process of its forming in senior classes by means of foreign languages taking into accounting inter-courses connections; the model of teaching process, the methodical references are obtained; the thesis are used in secondary schools; the field is Pedagogues.
