Components interaction in the {Y,Nd}-Cu-P, {Y,Ce,Nd}-Ag-P systems have been studied in present work. Isothermal sections of these phase diagrams have been constructed at 870 К and 670 К respectively. The 31 new ternary phosphides have been obtained at the first time and their crystal structures have been investigated. The 7 new structure type have been found: LaCu1.17P2 (ПГ I4/mmm, a = 0.3980(2) нм, с = 1.992(1) нм, RF = 0.0377), PrCu1.16P2 (ПГ I4/m, а = 0.3893(1) нм, c = 1.9653(5) нм, RF = 0.0455), Y3Cu8-yP8 (y = 0.35) (R3m, а = 0.3968(1) нм, c = 6.0137(8) нм, RF = 0.0571), CeAg1.08P1.90 (ПГ I4/mmm, а = 0.39993(8) нм, c = 2.0390(2) нм, RF = 0.0491), LaAgAs2 (ПГ I4/mmm, а = 0.4134(1) нм, c = 2.1131(6) нм, RF = 0.0259), СeAgAs2 (ПГ Pmc21, a = 0.575780(9) нм, b = 0.578520(9) нм, c = 2.10570(2) нм, RF = 0.0457), NdAgAs2 (ПГ Pmmn, a = 4.0121(2) нм, b = 4.0516(2) нм, c = 10.5012(5) нм, RI = 0.0683). The LaAgAs2 arsenide has two polimorphic modification HТМ - own structure type, LТМ - CeAgAs2 structure type.Magnetic susceptibilities have been performed for several compounds: LaCu1.17P2, СeCu1.12P1.97, PrCu1.16P2, NdCu1.16P2, SmCu1.14P2, LaAgAs2, CeAgAs2, LaCu4As2, PrCu4As2, NdCu4As2.
