Essay

The new methods of accuracy of determination of ion and electron temperature altitude dependence by incoherent scatter (IS) method improvig are obtained. There are realized by new methods of a correction and restoring of the correlation functions IS signal altitude dependence. The comparison of the measured ionospheric parameters with new edition of the International Reference Ionosphere IRI-2001 was carried out. The variations of ion and electron temperatures during perturbations in ionosphere are obtained and analyzed.
