Morozova V. The administrative responsibility again the social morality

Object of research are the public attitudes(relations) in sphere of observance of principles of public morality. A methodological basis of research is the theory of scientific knowledge of the social - legal phenomena. At the same time the rather - legal, concrete - social and other methods of research were applied special methods and approaches, in particular(personally), the purpose consists in the analysis of problems of the administrative responsibility for an offence against public morality and development on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine and practice of his(its) realization of the offers concerning improvement of system of the rules of administrative law in sphere of public morality and also practice of their application.
