In the basis of dissertation work the principles of an individualized choice of a method of treatment patients with Mallory-Weiss syndrome are fixed. In work the differentiated approach to a choice of surgical tactics, methods of conservative and operating treatment, hypoinvasive endoscopic and endovascullar interferences with allowance of a hemorrhage severity, concomitant pathology, gravity of a homeostasis systems changes are submitted. The developed approach to tactics and treatment of the patients with Mallory-Weiss syndrome in main group in matching with control group has allowed to lower frequency of bleeding relapses from 46,39 % to 11,76 %, to reduce amount urgent operations from 6,93 % to 3,92 %, to lower lethality (common - from 4,46 % to 0,98 %, and postoperative - to reduce to a zero), and in the remote period to reduce frequency of disease relapses up to 0,49 % and prevent formation of ulcer of a stomach in a tear zone of mucous-muscular layer (in control group accordingly 15,15 % and 10,61 %).
