Essay

Rabbits after the simulated trauma, patients after ECCE with IOL. Increase efficiency of cataract extraction with implantation IOL by decrease intensity of inflammatory reaction in postoperative period. Methods of research - ophthalmologic. The work presents that the simultaneous selective inhibition synthesis of prostaglandin Е2 and leucotrien В4 at simulated traumas in experiment reduces their level on 55 and 65 % accordingly, in a aqueous humor for 7 day after the operation, in comparison with their not selective suppression. By clinical researches is shown, that the simultaneous application of drugs selectively inhibiting synthesis of prostaglandin's and leucotrien's at carrying out ECCE with an implantation IOL reduced the degree of a postoperative inflammation on 20 %. The improved anti-inflammatory method was introduced in the Filatov Institute. The sphere of application is medicine, ophthalmology.
