Essay

The subject of the scientific research is a sphere of trade relations of national economies within WTO and external trade bilateral and many-sided relations of Ukraine. The object under study is the elaboration of scientifically grounded recommendations and suggestions for the optimization of regulative means in the integration process of Ukraine into international trade economic space which is institutionalized within WTO. Historical logical systematical approach, statistical, comparative, factual and structural methods of analysis. Theoretical and methodological bases in the formation of the model for international trade streams regulation under condition of their globalization have been generalized, trends of national and international regulative policy development have been showed. Mechanisms of interrelation of regulative systems on the basis of optimization of stimulant and limitative measures correlation from one side and the use of bilateral and many-sided relations including international regional integrative groupings from the other side have been found and structuralized. Necessity for the adaptation period for working out rational interrelations between business and state for the sake of its real competitively has been well-grounded. The results of the theses are used by the Department of Economics of Chernivtsi municipal council, by the Office of external relations and external economic activity of Chernivtsi regional state administration, for the educational process by Chernivtsi National University. Field of application: main statements of the research will sassist to carry out regulative policy of Ukraine coordinated with the norms of WTO where national interests in the sphere of external trade are taken into account.
