The thesis is dedicated to problem of treatment efficiency rising and prophylaxis of periodontal diseases in girl with disturbance and delay of a sexual development. The thesis is dedicated to analysis of a structurally functional condition of an osteal tissue of a skeleton and periodont for the girls with disturbance and delay of a sexual development, and also to creation of a method of treatment and prophylaxis of periodontal diseases. The clinical features periodontal diseases flow are detected depending on age and degree of a sexual development. Is established, that the decrease of the content of estrogens results in deterioration of a structurally functional condition of an osteal tissue to a skeleton. A degree of mineralization and strength properties of an osteal tissue are descended, the phenomena of a system osteoporosis take place. The confrontation of a structurally functional condition of an osteal tissue of a skeleton and alveolar process for the girls with disturbance and a sexual development has revealed a straight line correlation between a degree of salinity of skeleton mineralization and alveolar process. Is elaborated pathogeneticly well-grounded complex of preventive measures, directed on prevention of development and further development of periodontal illnesses for the girls in puberty with disturbance of a sexual development and structurally functional disturbance of an osteal system, including measures of osteotropic therapy. The high performance of an offered method is affirmed by outcomes clinical-radiological and densitometrical researches in the nearest and distant terms.
