Dissertational work is devoted to research of features of influence of grounded fruits of a milk thistle in conditions of a ionizing irradiation and toxic defeat with xenobiotics. Biological action of grounded fruits of a milk thistle was compared with pharmaceutical analogue - Syliborum. Results of researches testify, that grounded fruits of a milk thistle effectively oppress processes of peroxidoses and cytolyces which has arisen after an irradiation of animals (2 Gy). As a result of the analysis of the data there was established effective doze which is most acceptable in conditions of action of the radiating factor - 25 mg/kg. Biological efficiency of grounded fruits of a milk thistle also was investigated at an intoxication with tetrachlormetanum, atofanum and tetraciklinum. As a result of the carried out experimental research it was determined, that grounded fruits of a milk thistle actively reduce the phenomena cytolyses, oppress MDA formations and restore a glutatijnum level . Besides in some cases grounded fruits of a milk thistle were more effective than a pharmaceutical preparation of comparison (in model where the intoxication with atofanum is used). It happens because wider chemical compound of grounded fruits of a milk thistle where there are vitamins, microelements and other biologically active connections which act more powerful together with sylimarinum (most biologically active substance of grounded fruits of a milk thistle). During this research two most effective dozes of grounded fruits of a milk thistle - 25 and 50 mg/kg were revealed. At the further definition of effective dozes of grounded fruits of a milk thistle the model of the sharp hepatites caused by an intoxication with tetrachloretanum with definition of biochemical parameters both in whey and in a liver was used. As a result of the carried out analysis of the received data it is revealed, what exactly the doze of 25 mg/kg is most effective concerning the phenomena cytoleses, synthesis of bile, balance oxidizing hemostases and restoration of elements antyoxydant systems. This doze of grounded fruits of a milk thistle was further used for research of influence of grounded fruits of a milk thistle of bile on production, her separate components and glykogensynteses functions of a liver. Grounded fruits of a milk thistle effectively accelerated synthesis of bile, stimulated excrection, bilious acids, bilirubinum and cholesterol. In a liver under action of grounded fruits of a milk thistle contents of glykogenum have considerably increased. Except for glykogensynteses actions of grounded fruits of a milk thistle it was determined also hypoglykemic activity. For definition of presence of hypoglykemic effect and finding - out effective hypoglykemic dozes the level of sugar of whey of blood at healthy rabbits was investigated. At the analysis of results of this research, and also the data received after the 10-day's preventive use of grounded fruits of a milk thistle and with loading by glucose upon termination of experience, the doze -150 mg/kg was found effective. Further this doze of grounded fruits of a milk thistle was used for correction of hyperglykemya at rats, caused with aloxanum. Thus at animals with an easy degree of weight of the advanced diabetes, grounded fruits of a milk thistle effectively reduced a level of sugar in blood, and at animals with a diabetes of average weight after a cancellation of insulin, (which the first 3 days entered an animal) - kept a constant level of sugar in blood. For modelling conditions of a diabetes II type and insulinresistancy dexametasonum was used In these conditions grounded fruits of a milk thistle reduced a glykemia level, and also normalized a level of general lipids and МDА in a liver. Thus, above the specified changes of biochemical parameters in whey of blood, bile and a liver, testify about significant biological activity of grounded fruits of a milk thistle in a doze of 25 mg/kg in conditions of ionizing radiations and intoxications with xenobiotics. Thus grounded fruits of a milk thistle reduced cytolitic syndrome, peroxitation processes, normalizes аntyoxidant and biesynteses functions of a liver. In a doze of 150 mg/kg grounded fruits of a milk thistle reduced a level of sugar of blood at animals with loading glucose, and also at rats with a diabetes II (an intoxication with atofanum) and II type (an intoxication with dexametasonum).
